Service Description
An entry level class with the emphasis on releasing the body of tension and using a series of stretches and breathing techniques to assist relaxation. All the fundamentals of a Pilates class with a range of different exercises designed to open-up tight areas, strengthen and encourage relaxation. A good class for working on postural issues and returning post-injury.

Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellations count for an average loss of 20% of our weekly takings for our regular classes. Whilst we understand that there are often unavoidable circumstances, please cancel or re-book with at least 24 hours’ notice, in order that we can offer that space to someone else or re-schedule the teacher's time. Cancellations within that time cannot be re-funded and/or will be charged against your block booking.
